9:30a to 11:00a	Navigate, Elevate, Accelerate Melissa Furman, PhD Ladies, are you looking for ways to maximize your success? Women are often faced with gender-specific challenges while continuing to navigate an ever-changing workplace environment. This session will provide practical strategies for navigating the challenges while elevating and accelerating success. Topics include mindset, self-awareness, managing burnout, and developing relationships to name a few.

During the presentation, Jessica will discuss why women matter in the laundry industry; how we can break barriers for leadership and career advancement; who will empower the next generation of women leaders in laundry; and what participants can do to make a difference.
2:30p to 3:30p	Roundtable Discussion Facilitator: Danielle Bauer, CLA Executive Vice President Join in the conversation with your women peers on pain points you have experienced in your professional and personal life, and gain perspective from the women at your table.
3:45p to 4:45p	Leveraging Technology for Ultimate Productivity Most of us could use more hours in our day to get it all done. But, what if there are ways to do things more efficiently by using simple technology? A panel of women in laundry will share their best tips and techniques for using technology, such as ChatGPT, virtual meeting assistance, and more, to be more productive and efficient in both their professional personal lives. All guests will make their own reservations via the link above or by contacting the reservations department directly.

Guests have until April 19th, 2024 to make their reservation under the group block. Once the cutoff date has passed any rooms remaining that have not been booked will be released back to the resort.



Guests can continue to make their reservation over the phone after the cutoff date at the group rate based on the resorts availability. The number for the reservations department is 844-821-0028. They are open 7 days a week from 9:00AM – 5:00PM.



When guests call to make their reservations, they should reference the name of our group: CLA Excellence in Laundry or the group’s booking ID number: 052124CLAA.
