Refund and Cancellation Policy
The following statements outline the policies of the Coin Laundry Association and its subsidiaries (PlanetLaundry and LaundryCares Foundation) – henceforth referred to as “the organization” – regarding refunds and cancellations for purchases. Making a purchase indicates that the purchaser understands and agrees to the terms of the sale of any item purchased, including the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
All Coin Laundry Association memberships are subscriptions. CLA memberships run on an anniversary year. Membership becomes active as soon as the payment is processed.
CLA membership may be paid in one annual fee. Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members may cancel their membership by calling (630) 953-7920 or emailing the organization at email@example.com, but neither full or partial refunds will be given.
Annual dues for individual memberships may be paid in 12 monthly installments at a fixed amount per month, which includes a credit card processing fee. The subscriber’s credit card will be automatically billed once a month (12x) for one year. Near the end of the one-year term, the subscriber will receive notification to renew the membership.
Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members may cancel their membership by calling or emailing the organization, but payment of the remaining dues is required. Upon cancellation, the customer has the option to fulfill the remaining balance in one payment, or to continue making the remaining payments until the end of the term.
Due to limited seating and confirmations requested of venues, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before a scheduled event. You may cancel by phone (630) 953-7920 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your event registration at least 48 hour prior, a full refund will be provided. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose full payment for the event.
By proceeding to pay for an event, the buyer understands that the organization is holding a spot so reservations not cancelled in the aforementioned timeframe for this event are nonrefundable. If the buyer is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to a friend by calling (630) 953-7920 or emailing email@example.com prior to the event.
Products and Services
Most of the products and services offered by the Coin Laundry Association are delivered as downloadable, streaming, or otherwise digital products, which can be immediately accessed and consumed. Other products such as books, consultations, and other products or services provide information immediately benefiting the buyer. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are available for products and services after purchase. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change prices for products at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order.
Prices for the products do not include shipping costs. We only offer USPS priority mail of shipments. Products will be shipped within 3-4 business days of order. Products will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our refund and cancellation policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund and cancellation policy on this page.
