    Hey Ken,

Just a heads up that I found your podcast today at American Coin-Op magazine.
Great podcast! Now I know some more of your history and your skills.
And I can definitely relate to the background stress of being on vacation while you have a couple of mats going. My fingers were always crossed when I went away (which made it much harder to type, lol).
I had no idea you were originally from Canada.

    All the best,

    Paulie B.

Great podcast from both. Maybe you both can collaborate on a podcast. I also watch your youtube videos Ken. Keep it up. Thank you

Just got off the phone with Todd. He said you have created a method of collecting dollar coins using PVC into a collection bucket. I would like nothing more than to go back on this site on how to do that but that is hard to do on this site. Can you direct me to that location or (unfortunately) explain it again?

    Ken, Curt &/or others,

Do you have some pics or video somewhere on the increasing capacity of coin boxes by repositioning a much larger lock towards the bottom of machine directly below coin drop???   I have thoughts along the same line for my largest washers especially since we will allow our customers to get rid of their quarters & not have to change their quarters into dollar coins to activate.  Not to take away from the very worthwhile space-saving DCO mindset.

Post publicly or PM me ... maybe down the road some worthwhile fabrication notes can be shared.  Shhh ... don't tell the credit card - phone activation receptacle people ... if their tipped off to what we are doing ... they may want to further try to deliberately stop alternatives to their solution for the larger washers.  Alternatives such as legal tender $2 & possibly $5 coins besides just the quarters & $1 coins!

@Michael Walsh, CLA Member,  We outfitted our machines with token accepters from Imonex.  Our silver tokens are 25 cents each and the gold ones are $1.  Loading the big machines one quarter at a time seems like a LOT of money to the customer, so the $1 tokens help us so we don't have to empty the big machines as often and the customer perceives that it costs them less too!
