2008 CLA Conference

General Conference Information

Session & Event Location

All sessions and events will take place at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The hotel is located at:

Registration Fees
Your registration fee includes educational sessions, materials, meals and networking for the day of the event. Registration fees are per person and may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor.

Are you bringing a guest?
Your guest can join you for dinner and the cocktail reception with the purchase of the event package. Note, purchase of this package does not include registration to the day's educational events. Package fees are per person.

Cancellation Policy
If received in writing at least fourteen calendar days before the program begins, CLA will refund your registration fee less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received on or after July 7, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.

Conference Photo Policy
Registration for the conference implies consent that any pictures taken during the event can be used for conference coverage and promotional purposes. CLA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Hotel Information
CLA has a secured a room rate of $194 per night within a designated room block. After June 30, this rate will no longer be available. When making reservations by calling (312) 751-8100, be sure to mention that you are with the Coin Laundry Association Conference.

Hotel Amenities
Standard iIn-room conveniences include high-speed internet access, dual line speaker telephone, voice mail, mini bar, air conditioning, CD player and iron/ironing board. Bathrobes and slippers are available upon request.
