1.  Milnor washer Relay's

Posted 28 days ago
Had a Milnor washer/extractor (30022C4A) quits turning the other day.   I let the washer finish the cycle and turned the power off, checked the fuses (good)  turned the machine back on and using an insulated screw driver pressed down on the 2 big relays, the front clutch/motor engages and spins in both directions.  The rear clutch does not engage at all.  I have to assume at this point that one of the  small relays went bad or the rear clutch is bad.  I have a a few spare control boards, and I cant find schematic telling me what relay controls what.   Is there anything else that would cause the rear clutch to not engage?   I noticed there are 3 huge transformers or power inverters but without any schematic I dont know where to start testing.

Call Milnor Tech at
(504) 712-7780.

Be ready with the Model and Serial number, a tester and be ready to work through the troubleshooting. They are really good and will work with you on each point to test.
