History

Established in 1960, the Coin Laundry Association’s (CLA) mission is to ensure a profitable and growing retail, self-service laundry operation by providing superior education, products and services to laundry owners. The association, headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, is a not-for-profit trade organization with more than 2,500 members.

Over the past 50 years, CLA has helped thousands of coin laundry operators get the most from their businesses. CLA is a vertical association which boasts membership from all segments of the industry: store owners, manufacturers and distributors. By working together, our industry has grown in size, quality, profitability and in service to the public.

There are many members who have obtained distinguished awards for their dedication to the industry and the association. See the list of members and their awards »
